Hello, my name is Christina Ball, and I am a Registered Nurse and Nursing Educator with comprehensive training in online pedagogical tools and instructional technology for synchronous and asynchronous instruction. I am also experienced in social media education in nursing pedagogy. I have clinical experience as a staff nurse and travel nurse. My bedside nursing experience covers a multitude of specialties, including but not limited to Cardiac, COVID, Medical-Surgical, Medical IMC, Neurology, Nephrology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Telemetry, Trauma, and Rehabilitation. I am certified as a CMSRN and hold ACLS, BLS, and Simulation Lab certifications. I received my MSN in Nursing Education from Drexel University, and I am currently working on my Doctoral degree (EdD) in Education, emphasizing technology from Drexel University.

Projects I am currently working on including an MSN Essay Compendium, Doctoral thesis concerning – A Qualitative Phenomenological Study of Barriers to Higher Educational Pursuits in Nursing (Title subject to change), and currently have a proposal awaiting acceptance with Drexel Universities Education Department regarding a Novel Interactive Webinar – Social Media in Nursing Education, which will offer continuing nursing education credits.
